A lifelong resident of Santa Monica, and first generation born in the U.S., Lauchenauer earned an Associates degree from Santa Monica College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge. She enjoys traveling and has seen much of the world. She worked for American Express in Frankfurt, Germany and lived in South Africa and Switzerland and is fluent in German. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative who is known locally as the "Swiss Miss Realtor" and has a world-wide network of friends and associates.
"Owning the right home can be the most fulfilling experience in a person's life“ said Lauchenauer, “and I wanted the opportunity to be a part of such a significant decision, to either help them find their dream home or get a premium price for the sale of their home. I have accomplished both and it feels wonderful when both buyer and seller have their needs met."
Hard work is the foundation for Lauchenauer's philosophy. She believes that through perseverance and determination you can overcome any challenge. She continues to provide exceptional client services based on integrity and earning her client's trust.
Before becoming a full-time Realtor, Lauchenauer worked for a number of high-profile Westside organizations involved in real estate, including Karsten Realty Advisors, National Beverage Properties, and Castle & Cooke. After spending many years in accounting and human resources, she chose a career in residential sales to help people with their most important investment and make a positive impact on their lives.
An active community volunteer, Lauchenauer tirelessly gives her time to neighborhood groups to improve our quality of life and promote historic preservation.
“I love sharing what I know about our neighborhoods and local businesses, especially when helping people who are new to our city acclimate to their surroundings,” adds Lauchenauer.
